The minimum stay is 7 days during main season, 5 days over Christmas/New Year and during the middle season, and 3 days during off season.

Additional persons: 15 Euro per day and person. The maximum number of people per apartment is 5 and 4.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Bed linen can be rented for 15 Euro per bed.
There is an additional tourist tax (Kurtaxe und Fremdenverkehrsabgabe) of 3,65 Euro (April 1st to Oktober 31st) or 2,75 Euro (November 1st to March 31st) per night per person above age 16 per night.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of an advance of 300 Euro at the time of booking. The remaining costs are due no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Bookings over Easter, Christmas and New Year's eve must be paid fully in advance (main season price).
Cancellation
If you have to cancel a booking, we will try to lease the apartment to other guests. However, if we can't find a replacement, you will still be responsible for the costs. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
Long-term rent (winter)
From November to April the apartments are available for long-term rent (minimum 3 months) at a reduced rate. Please inquire if interested.
